Losing My Baby Boy

Hi guys! It's Carly here. and today I'm doing a blog for you guys. I don't think I mentioned in my first blog the recent passing of my dog. So I'm doing a blog today so that anybody that has recently lost a pet could maybe read this and be put more at ease. The dog that I lost was my 9 year old boxer Joe-Joe. Joe was a boxer that we lost much too early. If you all don't know, boxers are supposed to live to be around 13. Joe was only 9. The reason was, Joe had lymphoma caner. If you don't know what that is, it is a type of cancer that causes the lymphnodes(sorry if I spelled that wrong) in the throat and chest to swell. Boxers are also one of the breeds that are most likely to get it and do. I talked to my dad one night and asked him if he would make through the summer. My dad said he didn't know but all we could do is pray. My dad woke me and my sister up at around 7:00. And so we went into the family room and my dad sat us down with our mom who has now, just stopped crying. They both said that we were leaving at 10:00 to go put him down at the vet. It hit me like a bomb and I lost it. This wasn't supposed to be happening, not to me! We left at 10:00 and arrived home at 11:30 with no Joe-Joe. My other boxer Chrissy, was really confused and was constantly looking for him. But all this was also on Fathers Day. I was just so angry at God for making us make that choice. But I also had to realize that this was all part of God's plan. so I have to go now but just remember all the good things about them and just trust God.

All about me

Hi Everybody! My name is Carly Mathis and I am creating this blog to help me sort out some things. I am almost 12 and going through some things that comes with being a pre-teen(hormones). I created this blog to help me and hopefully help other girls who are going through the same thing.

I have a sister and her name is Shelby. She is almost thirteen and going through the same thing. We fight a lot. We share a room and we're getting to that age where we want our privacy. But we can't change our room. Sometimes I yell at her and scream at her. But I have to be thankful for her because she is my only sister. And I have to be thankful for having a roof over my head and just be thankful for how much God has blessed me. The bible says love one another as you love yourself. So just be thankful for what you have.

I really hope this helped you understand a little bit of what's going on with your emotions. I will hopefully be posting more on these things to help me and you guys.
