Hi Everybody! My name is Carly Mathis and I am creating this blog to help me sort out some things. I am almost 12 and going through some things that comes with being a pre-teen(hormones). I created this blog to help me and hopefully help other girls who are going through the same thing.
I have a sister and her name is Shelby. She is almost thirteen and going through the same thing. We fight a lot. We share a room and we're getting to that age where we want our privacy. But we can't change our room. Sometimes I yell at her and scream at her. But I have to be thankful for her because she is my only sister. And I have to be thankful for having a roof over my head and just be thankful for how much God has blessed me. The bible says love one another as you love yourself. So just be thankful for what you have.
I really hope this helped you understand a little bit of what's going on with your emotions. I will hopefully be posting more on these things to help me and you guys.
All people young and old struggle with putting ourselves aside and putting others first! Everyday we have to pray and ask the Lord's help in becoming more Christ like in our behavior. In our "selfie" world it is hard. But with God's help we can truly put our wants and desires aside and put others first. I love this blog!!!! It's all about Jesus!!!!
